

Craig's Cottage is a sturdy Dartmoor dwelling built of local granite beneath a slate roof with part rendered walls. It offers good accommodation with a large living room with fireplace, a modern kitchen with a 1965 Aga range, a downstairs bathroom and upstairs a master bedroom and a larger bedroom which has previously been two rooms. The cottage is plumbed for central heating, but it is not currently used. It is well decorated and enjoys good natural lighting through multi paned which which are mostly secondary double glazed. The gardens are to either side of the cottage and it has a big parking and turning area and a very useable wooden barn/garage building with a storage loft above.



Located at grid reference 651792 in the Dartmoor village of Postbridge in the centre of the moor. The nearby village amenities include a post office with shop and petrol station, a pub and a Dartmoor visitor centre. Access by foot to the surrounding moor is easy. The B3212 leads directly to Exeter which is approximately 20 miles away. The ancient stannary town of Chagford is approximately 8 miles away and Tavistock is approximately 12 miles. There are school bus services provided subject to catchment areas.
