(HIP) Home Information Packs

It is a legal requirement to have a Home Information Pack and you cannot market your home without one.

The HIP enables buyers to see useful information about the property at the start of the buying process.

There are some instances where an HIP is not required, but for all virtually all freehold and leasehold residential property an HIP will be needed.
